Who We Are
Falcon Computers was established in 2000 by owner David Wood, although David had already been doing business for two years prior to that. It started as a hobby, but more precisely as a necessity. David is known by many in Clermont for the years when he taught at First Christian Church School (known now as Real Life Christian Academy), beginning in 1983. Then for the next ten years he was the preacher at First Christian Church (known now as Real Life Christian Church). During that time a transition was made in the church office from using typewriters to using computers. The problem was that no one at the church knew anything about computers. David became, by necessity, the resident computer "expert". Over the next few years a necessity developed into a hobby, and a hobby into a part-time business, and ultimately a full-time business. "Clermont is our home. We have developed a positive, trusting relationship with our clients. Our goal is to continue doing business in such a way that anyone who contacts us will have a pleasant experience and will want to call us again for their future computer needs."
